SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a set of technical standards for e-learning software products. It defines how online learning content and Learning Management Systems (LMS) communicate with each other.

SecDim offers SCORM. This allows customers to integrate SecDim content with many Learning Management System (Workday, Moodle, Canvas LMS).

SCORM Integration with Workday

SecDim provides SCORM files that can be used to integrate with Workday Learning Management System (LMS). Follow the steps below to use SecDim SCORM files with Workday:

  • Progress Tracking: Workday tracks user progress and completion status for SCORM content.

  • Seamless Experience: Users can access SecDim content directly from the Workday LMS.

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure you have access to the SecDim platform and have downloaded the required SCORM files.

  2. Verify that you have administrative access to your Workday LMS.

Steps to Upload SCORM Files to Workday

  1. Log in to Workday LMS Log in to your Workday account with administrative credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Learning Administration Section Go to the "Learning Administration" section in Workday.

  3. Upload the SCORM File

    • Select the option to upload a new learning content.

    • Choose the SCORM file provided by SecDim.

    • Fill in the required metadata fields (e.g., title, description, and tags).

  4. Configure SCORM Settings

    • Ensure the SCORM file is marked as "Active."

    • Set the appropriate access permissions for users.

  5. Test the Integration

    • Assign the SCORM content to a test user.

    • Verify that the SCORM content launches correctly and tracks progress.

  6. Publish the Content Once testing is successful, publish the SCORM content to make it available to all users.
