The Enterprise dashboard provides real-time insights into various aspects of your access and a detailed report, including:

  • Pathway completion percentages

  • Individual player engagement

  • Overall team engagement

  • Each player’s skill proficiencies

  • Overall team skill proficiency

  • The team’s comparative grade

  • and much more

You can also use the dashboard to:

  • Create a new game, contest, or learning pathway

  • Create a new department

  • Assign users to departments

  • Manage users roles and permissions

Comparative Grading System

To evaluate your team’s performance, SecDim employs a comprehensive five-level comparative grading system. This system allows your team to assess their engagement and skill levels relative to other software engineering teams.

The grading system is based on high-quality quantitative data collected from various teams participating in similar local contests or internationally recognised competitions, such as Black Hat, DefCon, FirstCon, and many more.

Skills Proficiency

The skills proficiency table shows the distribution of skills across your teams based on the difficulty level of the challenges they have completed.

This is helpful in identifying the current level of expertise in your team and the areas that need improvement.

Vulnerability Coverage

The vulnerability coverage spider chart shows the coverage of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities in your team’s completed challenges. This chart helps you to understand the level of security awareness and skill in your team.

Monthly engagement

The monthly engagement chart shows the number of challenges completed by your team members as well as your company grade over the past year on a monthly basis.

Company Games

This table shows all of the Games belonging to your company, along with their completion percentages.

The line graph is divided into three sections:

  1. The percentage of players who have not completed any challenges in the game.

  2. The percentage of players who have completed at least one challenge in the game.

  3. The percentage of players who have completed every challenge in the game.

The number of players used to calculate these statistics is based on those who have access to the game.

  • If a game has not been assigned to a department, all company users are included in the calculation.

  • If a game is assigned to a department, only company users assigned to that department are included.

  • The company admin account is not included in these calculations.

Department engagement

The department engagement table shows the engagement and internal department engagement grade of your company comparing to other departments. This helps you to understand the level of engagement and skill in each department and identify areas for improvement.

The department grading is based on the average engagement score of all team members in the department comparing to your other departments.

The team engagement table shows the number of attempts and score of each team member along with their rankings.
